## About the Role

* Minimum three years of experience in UX design, product design, or a related field.
 * Experience designing responsive and/or mobile experiences.
 * Strong proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and communicating design decisions.

 * Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in a creative, technical, or related field.

## Description

* Designs user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces for experiences across web and mobile platforms, with a strong emphasis on mobile optimization and usability.
 * Partners with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives, user needs, and research insights into intuitive and impactful digital experiences.
 * Collaborates with researchers and analytics partners to incorporate qualitative and quantitative data into design decisions.
 * Helps define and evolve design patterns, component libraries, and experience standards that drive consistency across DAP experiences.
 * Identifies opportunities to simplify complex workflows and improve the end-to-end client experience.
 * Leverages experimentation and user feedback to validate design solutions and inform future enhancements.
 * Advocates for user-centered design while balancing business goals, technical feasibility, and accessibility requirements.
 * Stays current on emerging design trends, mobile best practices, and industry innovations.
 * Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
