## About the Role

looking for candidates with IT hardware repair, break fix, experience, and high customer service and communication skills,

Is this position remote or in person? Both. some remote work from home doing training and admin tasks, but primarily filed technician work being dispatched to customer sites

 * What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person? IT field technician work. The worker will be in the field answering dispatch calls (Break fix and IMAC), providing general IT support to multiple customers (retailers, banks, etc). The level of support will vary depending on the customer, but do expect printer, laptop, server, network, switches support, among others

 * What are the TOP 2 : Skills in working with customers, technical aptitude, and must have hands on field tech experience (help desk exp does not count)

 * What will the work schedule be for this position? (M-F? 8-5? Overtime? On-call?): M-F 9am-6pm, On-Call Rotation with the possibility of Overtime.

 * How many overall years of experience should this person have? 2-5 but we will train

 * Do they need any specific certifications or education? A+ certification is good to have but not necessary, Lexmark certifications and experience are but not necessary, experience with Lexmark printer break-fix and equipment installs a plus, HP Dell Lenovo also desired but not necessary.
