In this role, you will develop and deliver a world-class technical training program, leveraging expertise in automated production equipment, troubleshooting, and process optimization to drive operational excellence. This position requires a passion for hands-on skills development, exceptional communication and organizational abilities, and a professional, motivational demeanor. A strong sense of ownership and accountability is essential. As part of the Technical Operations team, you will train, evaluate, and certify technicians, create and maintain technical documentation, and promote a structured, safe, and focused learning.
