## Description

You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced engineers on real business environments, and you'll get exposure to technologies a lot of support techs never touch. As you grow, so does your responsibility. Many of our senior engineers started exactly where you'd be starting - and we'd rather grow our next engineer than hire one.

What You'll Do

Support businesses running Windows and macOS environments - helping users resolve issues and keeping their systems healthy. Day to day, that looks like:

 * Troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking problems

 * Supporting users by phone, remote access, and occasionally on-site

 * Documenting and maintaining support tickets

 * Assisting with system maintenance and equipment installs

 * Working alongside senior engineers on the harder problems

Technologies You'll Get Hands-On With

 * Microsoft 365 and cloud services

 * Networking and security

 * Firewalls

 * Virtualization

 * Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)

 * Network storage

 * VoIP systems

 * Video conferencing systems

You won't know all of these on day one - and that's the point. You'll learn them here.
