We are seeking someone who thrives on structured processes, values documentation, and is enthusiastic about driving long-term stability, security, and scalability across client environments., * 3-5 years of hands-on experience supporting and managing production network and server environments * Experience working in an MSP or multi-client environment * Demonstrated experience administering Windows Server and Active Directory environments * Demonstrated experience configuring and supporting business-class network infrastructure (switches, firewalls, wireless) * Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and hybrid identity environments * Experience supporting virtualization platforms (VMware and/or Hyper-V) * Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions * Strong troubleshooting methodology and ability to resolve complex infrastructure issues independently * Ability to assess technical risk and prioritize remediation based on business impact * Experience working within defined standards, processes, and documentation frameworks * Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders * Highly organized with strong documentation discipline * Understanding of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs, TCP/IP, VPN) * Understanding of security best practices including access control, patching, and firewall policy management Applicant Should Have at Least One of the Certifications: * Network+ * Security+ * Microsoft Associate-level certification, * Do you have experience working for a Managed Service Provider?
