We are located in Melville, NY. We are looking for an IT Engineer to join our team. The candidate must be able to support existing customer environments and new deployments. candidate must be proficient in implementing and maintaining all aspects of customer's IT and Print Infrastructure . The ideal candidate has some knowledge working in a managed services delivery environment and utilizing both helpdesk ticketing systems and RMM tools. This position will include supporting our external clients both remotely and onsite at the client locations, as well as supporting our internal infrastructure. Candidates must be organized and accurately document their work. The candidate should possess the ability to work with a team as well as independently.
