## Description

As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for all of our technology systems. This includes hardware, software, and network infrastructure., * Respond to and resolve technical issues reported by employees in a timely and efficient manner.

 * Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
 * Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure the stability and security of our network.
 * Provide training and support to employees on the use of technology systems.
 * Manage user accounts and permissions for various systems.
 * Monitor and maintain system backups and disaster recovery plans.
 * Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for system improvements.
