This role partners with business and IT stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and at the expected level of quality while proactively managing risks, issues, dependencies, communications, and project governance. Success in this role requires strong organization, effective communication, sound judgment, and the ability to build collaborative relationships across business and technology teams., Project Execution & Delivery * Manage day-to-day execution of one or more complex projects from initiation through closure. * Lead coordination of cross-functional activities to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and at the expected level of quality. * Identify, document, monitor, and communicate project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and action items. * Drive issue resolution, follow up on commitments, and escalate concerns as appropriate. * Support project onboarding, testing, implementation, deployment, and project closeout activities. * Maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting materials, and executive-ready communications. * Monitor project scope and support change control activities to ensure alignment with approved project objectives. Project Planning & Coordination * Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. * Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependency tracking. * Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and decision-making discussions. * Coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams. * Evaluate project workflows and recommend process improvements.
