## Description

The IT Support Technician will be the first point of contact for clients, triaging tickets, resolving everyday issues, and escalating complex issues. This role answers phone, email, and ticket requests; troubleshoots hardware, software, and accounts; resets passwords and manages Microsoft 365 and Active Directory users; images and prepares workstations; documents issues; and escalates tickets as needed.
