 * Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents matériels, logiciels et réseaux.
 * Installer, configurer et maintenir les équipements informatiques.
 * Participer à l'amélioration continue de nos outils et procédures.
 * Collaborer avec les équipes internes et les prestataires pour garantir la qualité de service
