 * Data Integration: Experience with data integration techniques, including ETL, REST APIs, and web services.
 * Data Formats: Familiarity with various data formats like XML, XSD, JSON, and CSV.
 * Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for root cause analysis and issue resolution.

Desirable Qualifications

 * Stibo Certification: A Stibo certification is often considered an advantage.
 * Client Interaction: Experience in guiding clients on Stibo architecture and interacting with them to define requirements.

## Description

* Configuration & Customization: Lead the configuration and customization of Stibo STEP modules, data models, workflows, and business rules.
 * Integration: Architect and implement integrations between Stibo STEP and other business systems such as ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms.
 * Data Governance: Define and implement processes for data stewardship, quality, and governance.
 * Data Management: Perform data cleansing, enrichment, and complex data transformations.
 * Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and contribute to solution design and architectural decisions.
 * Troubleshooting & Optimization: Troubleshoot and optimize the performance of the Stibo STEP platform.
