The ideal candidate will have strong tax compliance and tax accounting experience, recent leadership experience, and the ability to manage domestic and international tax activities in a dynamic global environment., * Bachelor's degree in Accounting required. * CPA preferred but not required. * Minimum of 7 years of progressive tax experience. * At least 3 years of recent supervisory or leadership experience. * Strong background in tax compliance, tax accounting, and income tax provisions. * Experience coordinating with external tax advisors and international subsidiaries. * Knowledge of domestic and international tax regulations, including transfer pricing and indirect tax compliance. * Experience with sales and use tax, VAT, business licenses, and personal property tax reporting. * Strong analytical, organizational, research, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments. * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required. * Experience with OneStream and PLEX is preferred but not required. * Public accounting experience is a plus. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within a larger organization., * Do you have proven tax compliance and tax accounting experience? * Do you have at least 3 years of leadership experience? * Do you have the ability to manage domestic and international tax activities in a dynamic global environment? * Do you have a Bachelors degree in accounting? * Do you have at least 7 years of progressive tax experience? * Do you have strong analytical, organizational, research, and problem-solving skills? * Are you proficient in Microsoft Excel? * This is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite.
