The role does not involve product design or CAD modelling., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Technology, Data Analytics or a related field preferred. * 0-3 years' experience in engineering operations, manufacturing, workflow systems, document control, data analytics or a related technical environment. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables and data analysis. * Experience with Power BI, Power Query and/or Smartsheet. * Familiarity with D365, PDM or document management systems is advantageous. * Experience with ECNs, DCCs, deviations or engineering change processes is preferred. * Understanding of DHF, DMR and DHR documentation within a regulated environment is beneficial. * Familiarity with FDA regulations and 21 CFR Part 820 is advantageous. * Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. * Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. * A proactive approach to process improvement, automation and workflow optimisation. ## Description We are seeking an organised and technically minded Engineering Systems Coordinator to support engineering operations within a regulated medical device manufacturing environment.
