This role focuses on working with data to generate insights, build analytical datasets, and support decision-making across client and internal teams. The role requires strong SQL and data visualization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver accurate, secure, and well-documented data-driven solutions., * Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or another relevant field. * 3-10 years of relevant experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or analytical solution delivery. * Strong experience with SQL for data querying, transformation, analysis, and reporting. * Experience with Python or R for data analysis, automation, or exploratory analytics. * Experience with Databricks or similar cloud-native analytics platforms. * Experience with BI reporting tools such as Databricks AI/BI Dashboards, Power BI, or Tableau. * Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, data quality validation, and analytical dataset development concepts. * Ability to analyze data, communicate insights clearly, and work effectively in team-based delivery environments. * Experience developing clear documentation for analytic and reporting solutions, including data sources, business logic, metrics definitions, assumptions, and usage guidance.
