Dental software experience preferred. * Highly developed communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) with ability and comfort to work with all levels of the organization, including executive level leaders. * Works cooperatively in group situations and displays effective problem-solving skills. * Ability to listen, build rapport, and gain credibility as a strategic partner within the business unit, as well as leadership and functional teams. * Skills and experience with negotiating conflict and problem-solving to achieve win-win outcomes; ability to manage stakeholder expectations. * Attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills. * Requires a positive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. * Experience working in a fast-paced environment and is driven to produce results. * Makes appropriate decisions while demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness; exhibits sound judgment. * Exhibits ability to learn and apply new skills.
