This role will help elevate Gensler's brand, people, projects, thought leadership, and culture across social media channels while supporting regional business goals and employee engagement initiatives. Working closely with the South Central Region PR and marketing teams, office and practice area leadership, and design professionals, the Social Media Specialist will develop and execute content strategies that amplify Gensler's impact across the region and strengthen our presence among clients, prospective employees, media, industry organizations, and community partners. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller, skilled content creator, and social media strategist who understands how to translate architecture, design, and workplace culture into compelling digital content.
