This role will be responsible for managing personnel activities, fostering career growth, mentoring team members, driving hiring initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of Agile development practices across multiple Scrum teams. The ScanSource development organization is globally distributed, with team members collaborating across multiple regions and time zones. We are looking for a leader who can effectively manage and inspire remote teams while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation. Preference will be given to candidates located near our Greenville, SC headquarters. Local employees are expected to participate in a hybrid work model, working onsite Tuesday through Thursday. The qualified candidate will combine strong people-leadership skills with a solid understanding of modern software development practices. This individual will partner closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architects, and business stakeholders to ensure teams deliver high-quality solutions that support ScanSource's internal users, suppliers, partners, and customers. Success in this role requires balancing strategic team development with day-to-day operational leadership, enabling developers to perform at their highest potential while continuously improving Agile delivery processes.
