This position has a special focus on end-to-end business intelligence project leadership of the Differentiated Dealer Capabilities Program - Caterpillar's enterprise program for developing dealer capabilities. What You Will Do: + **Project Leadership:** Coordinate with stakeholders and program owners to develop, track, and communicate the design, development and support of business intelligence solutions for the program. Manage project- including features , user stories and bugs- in Azure DevOps (AzDO) (to translate into Tableau or Power BI visualizations). + **Data Discovery:** Lead data collection and feature discovery efforts with metric and data owners from across enterprise to support the Program. Utilize a variety of analysis tools, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel and Snowflake, for data collection and analysis. + **Product Problem Management:** Support resolution of reported tickets and bugs of business intelligence solutions for the Program.
