* Unterstützung unserer Mitarbeitenden bei technischen Anliegen im Hard- und Softwarebereich (1st- und 2nd-Level-Support)
 * Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Betreuung von Arbeitsplätzen, mobilen Endgeräten und IT-Systemen
 * Administration von Benutzerkonten, Zugriffsrechten und IT-Services
 * Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer modernen IT-Infrastruktur
 * Dokumentation von Lösungen sowie Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Optimierung unserer Support- und Serviceprozesse
