## Description

Verantwortungsbereich:
Kontrolle des Sortierprozesses mit Schwerpunkt automatischer Sortieranlage und deren
Funktionsfähigkeit, Wartung der Soriertpläne, Unterstützung des Technical Engineering und Data
Repair Teams, Reporting und Qualitätssicherung;

 * Eigenständige Feststellung und Dokumentation von Unregelmäßigkeiten
 * Überwachung des Sortierprozesses sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Warenflusses
 * Kontrolle der Einhaltung der Global SOP-Prozesse
 * Umsetzung von Änderungen im Sortierplan
 * Erstellung von Reports und Monitoring relevanter Kennzahlen
 * Technischer Ansprechpartner für das Engineering-Team
 * Selbstverantwortliche Durchführung von Korrekturmaßnahmen bei Abweichungen vom Sollprozess
(z. B. Analyse und Reparatur defekter oder unvollständiger Sendungsdaten)

 * Erstellung und Umsetzung von Optimierungs- und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
 * Manuelles Eingreifen bei Störungen des Warenflusses nach Bedarf und in Abstimmung mit Vorgesetzten oder dem Schichtleiter
