Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. ## Description The Lead Database and Application Engineer is a hands-on technical leader responsible for both executing critical work and owning technical direction for enterprise databases, integrations, analytics, and application connectivity. This role operates as a player-coach, delivering complex solutions personally while setting standards, guiding design decisions, and ensuring scalable, secure outcomes across the domain. The position ensures platform stability, scalability, and continuous improvement in alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards, while guaranteeing that releases are delivered on schedule, meet quality benchmarks, and support organizational goals. The position partners closely with application teams, data teams, security, and infrastructure to deliver reliable, well-architected solutions aligned with business needs.
