 * Experience with maintenance and/or setup of personal computers and peripheral equipment
 * Knowledge of PCs, printers, and networking equipment
 * Valid Oklahoma driver's license and automobile insurance verification and good driving record for the past three years

## Description

Job Summary: Archon has partnered with a large healthcare system in Enid and is needing a Device Support Analyst for a 6 month contract., * Respond to customer trouble calls as prioritized by the Device Support Team Lead

 * Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, printers, and peripheral equipment
 * Troubleshoot network connectivity across multiple hardware platforms including AS400
 * Manage trouble tickets following established procedures
 * Identify, order, and maintain spare parts inventory
 * Coordinate and schedule installations and modifications with customers
 * Provide training to end users as needed
 * Maintain inventory, documentation, and reporting tools to department standards
