Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our fully remote team. The ideal candidate will collect, analyse, and interpret data to generate actionable insights that support business decisions, improve operational efficiency, and drive organizational growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate reporting and data-driven recommendations.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, validate, and analyses data from multiple sourcesDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar toolsWrite and optimise SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reportingIdentify trends, patterns, and business opportunities through statistical analysisMonitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)Collaborate with business, product, finance, marketing, and operations teams to understand reporting requirementsPerform ad hoc data analysis and present findings to stakeholdersAutomate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracyEnsure data quality, integrity, and compliance with company policiesDocument data processes, methodologies, and reporting standards
