Who you are A results-driven leader with at least 12-15 years leading project controls on complex, mega infrastructure projects for leading international tier 1 contractors Qualified to APM PMQ, APMG Project Planning and Control Practitioner level or equivalent (MRISC preferred) Expert in contract, cost and EVM systems including PRISM, Unifier and InEight Passionate about excellence willing to go the extra mile and continually search for ways to add value A

Help Shape the UKs Energy Future Change Manager Opportunity with the Civil Works Alliance (CWA), Supporting Sizewell C As part of the CWA (Civil Works Alliance), you will support the building of Sizewell C. Sizewell C will be a 3.2-gigawatt power station generating low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes and will play a key role in our energy future, supplying reliable, clean electricity for at least 60 years.This role will be within theCWA Wide Section. What will you do? This role is to provide leadership to the project controlsacrossthe CWA to ensure the effective delivery of the entire Civils Programme of SZC while recognising and influencing the programme's impactson themore comprehensiveProject. TheChangeManagersrole is toimplementthe strategy, managing, and maintainingchangewithin the agreed constraintson one or more Sections of the project, includingchangeforprogramme,design,time and cost. This post will ensure that control is in accordance with all safety, quality,
time, and cost parameters to meet the project's needsfor change, ensure it is implemented and track the changes within the project. The role focuses on the management ofconstruction basedchange, including design, technical, scope,time and cost changes in line with NEC4 and the APM aligned change framework. TheChange Managerreportsdirectly into the Head of Project Controls, as part of the CWA wide PMO. What you'll be responsible for Lead the delivery and governance of the Change Management process across the CWA, ensuring compliance and consistency Manage the complete lifecycle of change from SZC directions and instructions through to compensation events, recovery plans and contingency drawdowns Coordinate interrelated changes across sections to maintain program and cost integrity Configure and leverage Oracle Primavera Unifier to track, report and manage all change activities Develop dashboards, metrics and reporting tools that provide visibility of change performance and trends Support
