## About the Role

* Proven experience supporting large scale IP network infrastructure in an enterprise environment
 * Strong knowledge of network technologies including firewalls, DNS and security platforms
 * Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
 * Experience working in a 24x7 operational support environment with on call responsibilities
 * Ability to coordinate service restoration and lead technical response in high pressure situations The other stuff we are looking for We'd also love you to bring;
 * Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCISP or equivalent
 * Experience working within a telecommunications environment
 * Exposure to cloud network technologies such as Juniper private cloud solutions
 * Ability to communicate complex technical issues to non technical stakeholders
