## About the Role

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im SAP-Projektmanagement, z. B. als SAP Projektleiter, SAP Projektmanager oder SAP Principal Consultant (m/w/d)
 * Idealerweise eine Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung (IPMA, PRINCE2, PMI o. Ä.)
 * Fundierte Erfahrung in SAP-Projekten sowie Kenntnisse gängiger Methoden, z. B. SAP Activate
 * Know-how im IT-Anforderungsmanagement und gute bis sehr gute SAP-Modulkenntnisse
 * Eine strukturierte, zielorientierte und termintreue Arbeitsweise
 * Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und echtes Team-Mindset
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
 * Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, BWL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

## Description

* Du planst, steuerst und verantwortest SAP-Projekte end-to-end (z. B. S/4HANA-Transformationen, Rollouts, Optimierungsprojekte)
 * Du bist Sparringspartner der Fachbereiche, insbesondere im Retail-Umfeld - von der Anforderungsaufnahme über Prozessdesign bis zur Umsetzung
 * Du übersetzt Business-Bedarfe in klare Projektziele, Roadmaps und Maßnahmen
 * Du behältst Termine, Abhängigkeiten, Risiken und Budgets im Blick und leitest daraus gezielt Maßnahmen ab
 * Du erstellst Projekt- und Statusreportings und präsentierst diese souverän vor der Bereichsleitung
 * Du sorgst für Struktur, Transparenz und Verbindlichkeit im Projekt - auch wenn es komplex wird
