* Konfiguration, Wartung und Inbetriebnahme der Innovaphone und AVAYA TK-Anlagen sowie der dazugehörigen Applikationen
 * Wartungs- und Servicearbeiten im Innen- und Außendienst
 * Administration von Microsoft Betriebssystemen und Server Applikationen
 * Telefonische Kundenbetreuung sowie per Fernwartung
 * Konfiguration, Installation und Dokumentation neuer Hard- und Software
