Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Erfahrung im IT-Support

 - Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
 - Hohe Serviceorientierung und Freude an technischen Fragestellungen
 - Hartnäckigkeit und Lösungsorientierung bei Störungen
 - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1)

## Description

Als Mitarbeiter im Onsite Support bist du die direkte Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden vor Ort in Sachsen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen IT-Betrieb.

 - Durchführung des Onsite-Supports im Hard- und Softwarebereich direkt beim Kunden
 - Einrichtung und Konfiguration von Arbeitsplätzen (Hardware und Software) inklusive Einweisung der Anwender
 - Analyse und Behebung von Störungen an Desktop-Systemen, Notebooks, Druckern und weiterer Peripherie
 - Durchführung grundlegender Netzwerktätigkeiten (z. B. Patchen von Dosen, allgemeines Troubleshooting)
 - Unterstützung bei Softwareinstallationen, IT-Rollouts und IT-Umzügen
 - Betreuung, Auf- und Abbau sowie Lagerverwaltung von Hardware
 - Verwaltung des IT-Equipments im Rahmen des Asset-Managements
 - Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Vorgängen im Tickettool (z. B. Jira)
 - Beratung und Unterweisung der User zu Systemen, Notebooks und mobilen Endgeräten
 - Sicherstellung eines professionellen, serviceorientierten und gut organisierten Auftretens beim Kunden
