## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachinformatiker/-in mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mindestens auf Bachelor-Niveau oder Bachelorabschluss in Informatik
 * Mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in IT beziehungsweise Informationssystemen
 * Berufserfahrung im SAP User Management sowie mit SAP-Rollen und -Berechtigungen wird vorausgesetzt
 * Erfahrung in großen Systemlandschaften, Umgebungen oder bei großen Kunden ist erforderlich
 * Erfahrung mit NetWeaver, Security Weaver und GRC, insbesondere mit SOD-Konfliktprüfungen, ist erforderlich
 * Erfahrung mit SAP-Audits beziehungsweise Wirtschaftsprüfungen ist von Vorteil
 * Eine ITIL-Zertifizierung sowie Erfahrung mit FIORI sind von Vorteil
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie gute Kommunikations- und Analysefähigkeit

## Description

* Unterstützung der End-User bei Fragen und Problemen im Bereich Rollen und Berechtigungen
 * Analyse von Berechtigungen und Berechtigungsanfragen sowie aktive Suche und Implementierung geeigneter Lösungen
 * Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Business-Rollen im SAP User Management Tool SUMa
 * Überwachung der Hintergrundworkflows zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Prozesse
 * Unterstützung interner und externer Auditoren durch fachliche Expertise und erforderliche Zuarbeiten
 * Sicherstellung, dass die Accounts der Auditoren aktiv und auf dem aktuellen Stand sind, In this position, you will support end users with questions concerning SAP roles and authorizations. You will analyse authorization requests, manage business roles in the SAP User Management tool SUMa and assist with internal and external audits., * Analyse authorizations and authorization requests and actively identify and implement suitable solutions
 * Create and update business roles in the SAP User Management tool SUMa
 * Monitor background workflows to ensure smooth processes
 * Support internal and external auditors by providing specialist expertise and the required information
 * Ensure that auditor accounts are active and up to date, * Professional experience in SAP User Management and with SAP roles and authorizations is required
 * Experience in large system landscapes, environments or with large customers is required
 * Experience with NetWeaver, Security Weaver and GRC, particularly SOD conflict checks, is required
 * Experience with SAP audits or financial auditing is advantageous
 * ITIL certification and experience with FIORI are advantageous
 * Business-fluent German and English as well as good communication and analytical skills
