 * Be an early applicant, * Betreuung und Unterstützung von Anwendern bei IT-relevanten Fragestellungen vor Ort
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von IT-Arbeitsplätzen und Peripheriegeräten
 * Durchführung von Hardwareaustausch, Umzügen und technischen Anpassungen im Client-Umfeld
 * Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwarestörungen
 * Unterstützung bei IT-Rollouts sowie projektbezogenen Einsätzen
 * Dokumentation von Servicevorgängen und durchgeführten Maßnahmen
 * Eigenständige Einsätze bei unterschiedlichen Kundenstandorten im Großraum Stuttgart und Umgebung
