 * Verwaltung und Pflege von Microsoft-Office-Produkten (z. B. Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des ERP-Systems abas
 * Administration und Support des CRM-Systems auf Basis von FileMaker Pro
