 * Du kümmerst dich um die Priorisierung, Klassifizierung und Dokumentation der Störungen
 * Du bietest Erstlösungsansätze per remote Support und leitest nichtlösbare Probleme an die nachgelagerte Supporteinheit weiter
 * Du beteiligst dich aktiv an der Mitarbeit in Projekten mit
