* Betreuung von internen IT-Systemen und Anwendungen
 * Unterstützung beim 2nd-Level-Support für Mitarbeitende
 * Mitwirkung bei IT-Sicherheits- und Compliance-Maßnahmen
 * Pflege von IT-Inventar und Lizenzmanagement
 * Erstellung von Benutzer- und System-Handbüchern
 * Unterstützung bei IT-Rollouts und System-Updates
 * Mitarbeit bei der Begleitung von Veränderungs- und Optimierungsprojekten im Bereich Organisation und IT
 * Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme kleinerer Teilaufgaben in Projekten (z. B. Datenanalysen, Prozessdokumentation)
 * Mitwirken bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen und Moderation von Besprechungen
 * Unterstützung der Projekt-, IT- und Prozessmanager im Tagesgeschäft (z. B. Dokumentation, Reporting)
