 * SQL-Abfragen erstellen die mit Excel (VBA) und Access ausgegeben werden (SQL/Oracle)
 * Koordinieren, Analysieren und Beheben von technischen Störungen, auch mit externen Dienstleistern
 * Erstellen, Anpassen und Pflegen von Betriebshandbüchern, Netzplänen und anderen Dokumenten
