* Betreuung und technische Unterstützung von Schulen und Geschäftskunden vor Ort
 * Eigenständige Analyse von Störungen, Erfassung im Ticketsystem und Umsetzung geeigneter Lösungen
 * Installation, Konfiguration sowie Administration von IT-Infrastrukturen beim Kunden
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen, Schulung von IT-Ansprechpartnern und Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung digitaler Produkte
