Vous préparez une formation informatique en alternance (BTS SIO, Bachelor, Licence, etc.).

Vous êtes curieux(se), débrouillard(e), avez envie d'apprendre et appréciez le contact client.

Nous recherchons avant tout une personnalité impliquée, sérieuse et motivée, avec une bonne capacité d'adaptation et un vrai sens du service.

Le permis B est obligatoire dans le cadre des déplacements clients.

Une première expérience (stage, alternance, montage PC, homelab, etc.) est appréciée.

Vous évoluerez au sein d'une agence à taille humaine avec un accompagnement terrain et une vraie montée en compétence.

## Description

Rattaché(e) à la direction technique, vous participez à la maintenance des infrastructures informatiques et aux projets de nos clients.

Vous serez progressivement formé(e) afin d'intervenir sur des environnements professionnels variés.

 * Préparation et installation de postes informatiques
 * Paramétrage de matériels et logiciels
 * Assistance utilisateurs et support technique
 * Participation aux déploiements clients
 * Intervention sur les environnements Microsoft
 * Aide au suivi et à la résolution des incidents
 * Participation aux projets réseaux et cybersécurité
 * Conseil et accompagnement des utilisateurs
