We're seeking a dynamic Team Lead to drive both the field-level protection software (SIPROTEC / DIGSI) and the automation technology frameworks for OT devices such as Beckhoff TwinCAT. You'll balance developing your engineering team with setting the technical strategy and vision for both field-level solutions (SIPROTEC / DIGSI) and automation technologies (primarily Beckhoff TwinCAT). Both areas rely on in-house software development - from compiler and deployment tool-chains to simulation and emulation at field level - so a solid software-engineering foundation underpins everything the team does. You'll lead a multidisciplinary group building scalable, high-performance solutions for HVDC, FACTS, and broader industrial control systems, while creating development momentum and keeping the team aligned with the broader engineering strategy.
