Den Rest lernst du bei uns Schritt für Schritt durch eine umfassende Einarbeitung - und natürlich mit der Unterstützung deines Teams. Wir suchen aktuell für einen unserer drei Bereiche: ERP-System Materialwirtschaft, ERP-System Fertigung, ERP-System Produktdaten und Konfigurator., * Betreuung von Teilmodulen unseres selbstentwickelten ERP-Systems

 * Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Fehlermeldungen von Anwendern und Initiierung der Lösungsfindung
 * Testen der Funktionen im Rahmen von Updates, Erweiterungen und Prozessanpassungen
 * Mitarbeit an internen Projekten rund um das ERP-System und dessen Weiterentwicklung
 * Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung ihrer ERP-gestützten Prozesse
 * Aktives Durchführung von Schulungen
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen und Anwenderhilfen
