 * Verwaltung und Optimierung eines unternehmensweiten Software-Portfolios
 * Administration von Microsoft 365-Umgebungen (inkl. Lizenzmanagement, Rollen & Berechtigungen, Reporting, Backup & Restore)
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Unified Communication-Lösungen (u. a. Microsoft Teams, Exchange, Skype for Business)
 * Unterstützung bei IT-Security-Themen wie Antivirus, Verschlüsselung und Compliance
 * Entwicklung von Service-Strategien für Softwareverteilung, Client Lifecycle und Hardware-Prozesse
 * Definition und Optimierung von Standards, Prozessen und Richtlinien im Bereich Client- und Lizenzmanagement
