* Al menos 2-3 años de experiencia desarrollando con Golang.
 * Experiencia en proyectos reales de desarrollo backend.
 * Experiencia desarrollando APIs REST y/o microservicios.
 * Conocimientos de Git.
 * Experiencia trabajando con metodologías ágiles (SCRUM).

## Description

Buscamos un/a Desarrollador/a Backend Golang con experiencia en desarrollo backend con Golang, para incorporarse a un equipo ágil encargado de construir y evolucionar servicios backend de alto rendimiento.

 * Desarrollar servicios backend utilizando Golang.
 * Diseñar e implementar APIs REST y microservicios.
 * Evolucionar y mantener funcionalidades existentes.
 * Optimizar el rendimiento y la calidad del código.
 * Participar activamente en las ceremonias SCRUM.
 * Colaborar con los equipos de Frontend, Arquitectura y Producto.
 * Participar en revisiones de código y definición de buenas prácticas.
 * Contribuir a la mejora continua del producto y del equipo.
 * Trabajar con metodologías modernas como Spec Driven Development (SDD) y herramientas de IA como Claude Code.
