You will translate business strategy into a clear, actionable pipeline of enhancements, prioritising standard, low-customisation solutions to drive efficiency and scalability. You will govern change through structured User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release processes, ensuring system reliability, stability, and strong user adoption. Working closely with stakeholders, you will balance business needs with technical best practice to deliver sustainable, high-quality outcomes. You will play a key role in enabling a digitally motivated, data-led operating modeldriving process standardisation using native Dynamics 365 capabilities, enabling integrations and evaluations, and improving delivery speed and quality through modern product management and automation practices.
