## Description

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Remote Help Desk Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to users remotely. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering timely solutions. This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, assisting users with hardware and software problems, and ensuring a positive support experience.
Key Responsibilities

 * Provide remote technical support to employees/customers via phone, email, chat, and remote access tools.

 * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.

 * Log, track, and update support tickets using a help desk ticketing system.

 * Perform password resets, account access support, and basic system administration tasks.

 * Assist users with operating systems, applications, printers, VPNs, and other IT-related tools.

 * Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams when necessary.

 * Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and recurring issues for knowledge base improvement.

 * Follow IT support procedures, security policies, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

 * Provide clear and professional communication while supporting users remotely.

 * Stay current with technology updates and IT best practices.
