## Description

Gerber Ciano Kelly Brady, LLP is seeking a Conflicts/File Opening Clerk who will be responsible for working closely with firm attorneys, as well as other members of the Accounting Department. This position reports to the Accounting Manager.

The position requires acute attention to detail, accuracy, as well as organizational and researching capabilities. This position is responsible for upholding the standards of quality, consistency, accuracy, thoroughness, and customer service as defined and implemented by the Firm.

Responsibilities include:

 * Review, research and prepare new client/matter conflict reports.
 * Review, research and prepare lateral conflict reports.
 * Review and process new client and matter intake documents.
 * Review and input client and matter information into client/matter database.
 * Review and process client / matter updates including but not limited to matter closures, reactivations, add party requests and relationship partner updates.
 * Other tasks as assigned.
