* The Scrum Master will partner with a minimum of two crews.
 * The Scrum Master will guide the crews to follow agile practices and help with ceremonies.
 * Facilitate ceremonies, such as daily stand ups, retros and demonstrations of product output.
 * Coach crews in Agile methodologies.
 * Escalate to appropriate resource when issues occur (could be product owner, tech lead, tech manager).
 * Collaborate with any vendor partners on planning and escalations
