The ERP System Administrator is the primary steward of the university's enterprise data environment. This role focuses on the high-level configuration, security, and health of the Colleague ERP system and its supporting SQL infrastructure. This individual leverages modern technology to automate business processes, ensure data integrity, and maintain seamless integrations across the campus ecosystem., · System Ownership: Drive the daily maintenance, configuration, and overall health of the Colleague ERP and supporting SQL environment, while serving as the primary architect for major installations, upgrades, and system optimization. · Business Process Automation: Identify opportunities to modernize manual processes through low-code automation, online forms, and workflow improvements that support ERP operations. · Integration Management: Ensure the reliability and effectiveness of integrations between the ERP and connected platforms (including the LMS), maintaining the integrity and availability of critical business data across departments.
