 * Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication, user empathy, critical thinking, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.

## Description

The Desktop Support Technicians Level I & II maintains the organization's computer hardware and software. They act as the front-line technical team, troubleshooting issues, configuring systems, and supporting end-users to ensure seamless daily operations., * Hardware Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair PCs, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.

 * Software & OS Support: Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and business applications.
 * Ticket Management: Monitor, track, and resolve end-user support requests via an IT Service Management (ITSM) ticketing system.
 * Workstation Deployment: Set up, image, and provision new hardware and software for onboarding employees.
 * Network & Access: Assist with user account creation, VPN access, and basic network or Wi-Fi troubleshooting. Manage accounts and permissions via Active Directory.
 * Documentation: Create knowledge base articles, maintain IT asset inventories, and document step-by-step issue resolutions.
 * Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party hardware and software vendors for equipment repairs or escalated system outages.
