Clearance eligibility includes no legal offenses within the past five years, no ongoing legal issues, and honorable discharge if previously having served in the military. * Associate's Degree or completion of a two-year technical training or certification program in a relevant field, plus a minimum of two years of relevant experience * Ability to generate required FAA documentation including FRDF * Setup capability for Radio Control Equipment (RCE) * Understanding of Telco requirements including Commercial Telco, RCL, Field Cable, and Fiber Optics Physical & Work Environment Requirements * Ability to stand, sit, crouch, and work in one position for extended periods * Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and move up to 350 lbs with hand truck or pallet jack * Ability to climb and work at heights exceeding 60 feet * Ability to occasionally perform work under severe time restraints * Must be in good physical condition and able to pass a physical fitness assessment if required ## Description Crown is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Communications Electronics Installation Technician to support our floating electronics installation crew. This position requires 100% travel across the United States, often aligned with FAA regional boundaries. This role extends beyond traditional electronics work. The selected candidate must be capable of installing and integrating a complete communications facility, including infrastructure, grounding, cabling, radios, and supporting systems. While not initially designated as a formal lead role, this position offers significant opportunity for growth and increasing leadership responsibility based on performance.
