This role translates store strategy into daily execution, coaches leaders, and helps drive store-wide performance and consistency. They are a values-based leader who drives operational execution to ensure a consistent and efficient store environment. This role reports to the Store Manager., The Assistant Store Manager Customer Experience & Teams drives the customer experience across the store by leading and developing the leadership team, ensuring brand standards are consistently executed, and translating store strategy into daily action.
