## Description

* Serve as the first point of contact for technical support requests
 * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365 issues
 * Provide remote and in-person support to end users
 * Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, mobile devices, and related equipment
 * Support user onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and hardware deployment
 * Manage Active Directory accounts, password resets, and user access
 * Document support requests, resolutions, and IT assets accurately
 * Help maintain reliable day-to-day technology operations across the organization
