This is a hybrid role, part hands-on robotics and part developer evangelism. You will assemble and maintain Asimovs, tune the policies that make them move, build demos and skills on the Menlo Platform, and then take that work on the road as talks, workshops, and content. You are equally at home with a torque wrench and a keynote, and your job is to make the open humanoid stack impossible for engineers to ignore. What You'll Do * Assemble, bring up, and maintain Asimov units in our labs and at customer sites * Service and support customer robots in the field, and turn what you learn into product feedback * Build demos, robot skills, and policies on the Menlo Platform that show what Asimov can really do * Finetune locomotion and JEPA policies to push real-world performance * Run hardware and software workshops that get engineers building on Asimov fast * Represent Menlo publicly through live demos, talks, and technical content that grow our developer community * Create blogs, videos, and social content that build a following around the open humanoid stack ## Related Videos - [Using AI Without Losing Your Skills](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/2045-using-ai-without-losing-your-skills) - [Embracing the Hybrid Cloud: Unlocking Success with Open Source Technologies](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/883-embracing-the-hybrid-cloud-unlocking-success-with-open-source-technologies) - [Edit Your Future: Queerverse Radical AI](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/909-edit-your-future-queerverse-radical-ai) - [Developer Relations in the World of Agents - Michelle Duke](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1898-developer-relations-in-the-world-of-agents-michelle-duke) - [The Power of Developer Communities](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1109-the-power-of-developer-communities) - [What I learned as a developer from accidents in space](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/642-what-i-learned-as-a-developer-from-accidents-in-space) ## Related Articles - [Dev Digest 121 - AI goes offline](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/456-dev-digest-121-ai-goes-offline) - [Dev Digest 120 - Apple and peers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/455-dev-digest-120-apple-and-peers) - [How to Become an AI Engineer](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/331-how-to-become-an-ai-engineer) - [Dev Digest 137 - AI'm not sure about this](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/485-dev-digest-137-ai-m-not-sure-about-this) - [Dev Digest 150 - The shift to AI generated code, fingerprinting and OKRs vs. doing your job](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/533-dev-digest-150-the-shift-to-ai-generated-code-fingerprinting-and-okrs-vs-doing-your-job) - [Dev Digest 132 - Binging WADFlix?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/473-dev-digest-132-binging-wadflix)
